You can pay for our products using any of the methods, provided by our website. We accept only online payments. If you have payment-related questions, send us a e-mail to [email protected]

Delivery Rules of delivery

We do not need to deliver physical products. Actually you pay for your User account's rights to access the system. An account is activated automatically, upon receiving information about payment from our payment system, or after electronic funds transfer to our settlement account. Notifications from our services about that are not mandatory, but possible.


If a user considers quality of our Service unsatisfactory, he can cancel his subscription. If a subscription is canceled within two days from the moment it was paid for, and if no more than 30 reports were received from the system during that time, we guarantee full refund. To cancel a subscription, you need to send a e-mail to [email protected], specifying your login and describing your situation.

Any refunds will use the banking details of the source, from which funds were originally transferred as payment.
